The time taken to dispatch a product depends on the type and quantity of the product ordered. Larger quantities generally require more time, and customers are notified of the expected shipping time once the order is confirmed.
For products such as paintings (non-handmade), wall decals, photo frames, etc., the general shipping time is within 1 working day. Handmade paintings and all kinds of wooden works, such as wall shelves, wall hangings, clocks, etc., are shipped within 1-2 working days.
Courier Partners:
We collaborate only with reputable courier partners such as FedEx, Delhivery, etc., for domestic deliveries. In remote locations where other courier services are unavailable, Speed Post may be used.
Delivery Time:
Our goal is to deliver your order as soon as possible. However, the delivery time may vary depending on the size of the product and the delivery location. Generally, delivery takes 5-7 working days from the date of shipping. Smaller products are often delivered within one day in most metros. Once the product is shipped, tracking details are provided to customers.
