Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At The Decor Ark, we understand that online purchases may sometimes not meet your expectations. Therefore, we offer a hassle-free guarantee to all our customers with our customer-friendly return, refund, and exchange policies.

Please carefully review the product details before confirming your order.

Wrong Item / Damaged Product / Incorrect Size / Incomplete Product:

If your goods arrive damaged or in any of the above conditions, we are happy to provide a replacement with the correct product. In such cases, please contact us via WhatsApp within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the products, along with pictures of the damaged product. We will arrange for the return pick-up of the product. Upon return, the item will undergo a quality check to ensure that the quality issue is our responsibility and not due to misuse or abuse of the product. Please ensure that all original tags and accessories are returned, and branded packaging should be in its original condition.

If any items are missing from the package, we will send the missing parts after verification from our end.

Didn't Like the Product / Quality Issue / Size Not as Expected / Changed My Mind / No Longer Needed:

While we strive to deliver only the best quality products, please note that slight variations in appearance and finish may occur, especially with art products. Colors shown on the website may vary slightly depending on your display screen. If you are still not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of delivery. Please email us the details within this 7-day period, and we will arrange for the return pick-up of the product. After a quality check to ensure no misuse or abuse of the product, an exchange or refund will be processed. A 20% deduction of the order value will be applied in case of a refund for return shipping costs.

For prepaid orders, refunds will be reversed, while for COD orders, you will need to provide your account details for processing refunds. Please note that COD charges are non-refundable, and only product charges will be refunded. Refunds may take up to 5-7 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank. Please ensure that the products are unused, unaltered, unwashed, unsoiled, and undamaged. All original tags and accessories must be returned, and branded packaging should be in its original condition.

DIY Painting Kits:

Refunds or exchanges are not applicable for used DIY painting kits. Only unused kits with all parts returned will be eligible for refunds or replacements according to the above policies.

Order Cancellation:

Orders can be cancelled anytime before they are dispatched without any extra costs. Please contact us via WhatsApp for order cancellations. Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours. No cancellations will be accepted beyond that timeframe. For cancellations beyond the policy, a 20% deduction of the order value will be applied for prepaid orders as return shipping costs, plus a 3% payment-gateway/transaction charge. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Custom Product Orders:

Custom products are created on your request and are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-exchangeable. They can only be replaced in case of incorrect or damaged products received, provided you notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product. COD is not applicable for custom product orders.

Bulk Orders:

Orders with a value exceeding INR 15,000 are considered bulk orders. For bulk orders, the standard return, refund, and exchange policies do not apply. Bulk orders are non-refundable under any circumstances. Only defective or damaged items can be replaced individually. Bulk orders may take longer to ship depending on the volume, and delivery times will be confirmed by our team at the time of order confirmation.
